The service
McKinney Foundation Experts refers homeowners to independent foundation repair contractors. We are not a contractor and don't perform, supervise or guarantee any work. Any agreement for repairs is between you and the contractor alone.
No guarantees
We can't promise that a contractor will be available, and we don't guarantee any contractor's price, timing, workmanship, license, insurance or warranty. Check any contractor yourself before hiring.

Liability
To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for losses arising from use of this site, our referrals, or any contractor's work.
Law
